Delivery at home

We work together with DPD for the shipment of the packages.

They aim for delivery within 1 working day for Belgium, the Netherlands and large parts of Germany. (Monday to Friday with exception of weekend and holidays) Unfortunately we can not guarantee that DPD always succeeds to deliver within 1 day, so keep in mind that the delivery time can vary. We are not responsible for late delivery packages.

If there is no one present to receive the package, a note will be left to: possibly request a second delivery OR pick up the package at a parcel shop. To be sure of a smooth delivery after you were not at home, you should contact DPD yourself to discuss what needs to be done with your package. The data can be found on the note that DPD leaves you in the bus if they can not deliver the package.

Delivery in a parcel shop

Can not you be present at delivery? Then you can also have parcels delivered directly to a DPD parcel shop. There is always one in your neighborhood. By choosing this option you are certain that you do not miss a delivery. The advantage of a parcel shop is that they are often open in the evenings and on Saturdays and you can choose when you pick up the package. Track & Trace

After the package has left our warehouse, you can follow it via the track & trace link on the DPD website. You will receive this link by mail that DPD automatically sends when handling your package. Have you not received a trace & track link? Then first look in your Spamfilter, if you do not find anything, contact our customer service.

Delay in delivery?

Always first click on the link you received via e-mail to view the current status. If your package has not been delivered after 3 working days, please contact our customer service

Return package by DPD.

If DPD returns your package to us due to and error of the receiver, there will be returns costs by DPD. 

(for example : when the receiver is not home after 1 delivery attempt, when the package has been refused by the receiver , ...)

Unfortunatly the receiver must pay for these return costs which are 14,95 € excl VAT.
