House rules Workshops & Events

1. Inscription and Payment
• To be officially registered for a workshop, you must complete the payment. This can be done online through our webshop or at our cash and carry store in Genk.
2. Cancellation
• If for any reason you cannot attend a workshop, please notify us of the cancellation at least 5 working days before the workshop. Cancellations can be made via email, by phone, or in person at our cash and carry store. Cancellations through social media may be missed and do not guarantee a refund.
• In case of late cancellation, we are obliged to charge the full workshop fee.
3. Inclusive Workshops
• Some workshops include lunch and 2 drinks, as indicated in the workshop information. Lunch options vary by workshop. Do you have special dietary requirements or allergies? Let us know so we can find a suitable lunch option.
4. Shopping in our Cash and Carry
• Before, after, and during the workshops, our cash and carry store is open. You are welcome to shop!
5. Photography and Filming
• During the workshops and events, photography is allowed, but filming is strictly prohibited. We ask for mutual respect for your fellow participants and request that you only use photos of your own creations in your portfolio.
6. Lockers for Personal Belongings
• For practical reasons, both for your convenience and ours, it is mandatory to place your handbag, backpack, or shopping bag in one of our lockers. These lockers can be secured with a personal key.
7. Atmosphere Photos and Privacy
• During workshops and events, we take atmosphere photos for our loyal social media followers. So, don't forget to smile! If you prefer not to be recognizable in any of these photos, please let us know.
8. Pets and Children
• Although we love animals, it is not allowed to bring dogs, cats, rabbits, or other animals to the workshops or events.
• We understand that our store may be attractive to children, but we kindly ask that children under 16 years of age not be brought to the workshops.
